Novogain was founded as Playgain Oy, bringing the vision of leadership optimization to life based on decades of research by Marko Kesti, a pioneer in leadership learning and human capital analytics.
First Product: Leadership Simulation Game

Client Feedback Sparks Innovation
Clients began asking, "Can we get the AI coach without the game?" This led to the creation of a standalone AI product.

Rebranding to NOVOGAIN
With proven results and a growing global presence, we rebranded as NOVOGAIN to reflect our commitment to innovation and measurable impact.
